Did you give your Windows partition 465 GB (500) of your hard drive space? My guess is no, as you most likely got a 500gb SSD with your Mac, right?
those 'system files' seem to be including your macOS partition as well as BootCamp, which shouldn't be happening. Mac os malware removal.
Curiously, if you go into the Windows Explorer and click on 'This PC', you should see 'BootCamp (C:)' with the correct size and usage of your BootCamp partition that is also reflected in Disk Utility on the macOS side.
How To Get More Disk Space
Chances are, if you're running out of space, then the 'BootCamp (C:)' bar should be full in Windows Explorer. If so, check out Disk Cleanup, and even choose 'compress this disk to save space' to get some storage back. Otherwise, delete some old games and apps you don't play anymore. I see almost 90 gigs of that stuff in your screenshot.
